About Omisirge

Omisirge is a nicotinamide modified allogeneic hematopoietic progenitor cell therapy derived from cord blood indicated for use in adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older with hematologic malignancies following myeloablative conditioning.

Omisirge was approved by the U.S. Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) on December 5, 2025 for treatment in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older with Severe Aplastic Anemia (SAA). Severe Aplastic Anemia is a rare, life-threatening hematologic disorder in which the bone marrow fails to produce sufficient blood cells. Stem cell transplantation offers a potential cure; however, many patients lack a matched sibling donor. Ayrmid is advancing therapies to address this unmet medical need.
