Quality Policy

ARITI S.A is focused upon the
  • continuous improvement of the efficiency of its processes, always having as a basis the continuous satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its customers to the maximum extent possible,
  • offer of the most appropriate pharmaceutical, medical and technological products & solutions available on a case-by-case basis and with the highest regard for the general population’s’ well-being
  • optimal management of any environmental impacts resulting from its operation,
  • prevention of pollution and the reduction of contamination of the environment in general, and of course
  • promotion of health & safety at work.
The policy of ARITI S.A consists of:
  1. Standardizing the establishment of high quality performance levels as an integral part of company management.
  2. Achieving high levels of performance in environmental management as an integral part of company management.
  3. Maintaining the highest levels of health and safety at work as an integral part of company management.
  4. Ensuring that public health, quality, environmental and health and safety principles are taken into account in decisions on wider issues.
  5. Full and non-negotiable compliance with legislation, contractual requirements and quality, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.            For ARITI S.A the safety, health and well-being of third parties and the community in general, is of outmost importance.

Social Responsibility & Ethics

The policy of ARITI S.A consists of:

Committed to the aforementioned ARITI S.A makes certain:
  • To treat with respect and securely manage any sensitive or confidential information & data pertaining to the company, collaborating or interested third parties.
  • To comply with the total of European & Greek applicable laws, GDP, GMP and other regulations and directives, WHO and ILO guidelines, as well as, to promote transparency, safety and environmental sensibility throughout its operations.
  • To promote its reputation based upon the quality of the company’s products and services, and its social responsibility and never via unfair competition.
  • Never to accept fees or equivalents of any kind intended for unlawful favor and irregular management.     
  • Never to tolerate, under any circumstances, misdemeanors or irregularities.
  • To always operate ethically and to always safeguard the interests of the company, partners and interested third parties.
         
In any case where non-compliance with legislation, contractual requirements or the established code of conduct, as expressed in the above paragraphs, occurs, ARITI S.A. ensures that the necessary corrective actions shall be appropriately implemented.

ARITI S.A has designed, developed and established a Management System in order to support the demands of the Top Management regarding the company’s operations, such as:
  • The identification and management by ARITI S.A. of any needs and requirements concerning the design, manufacture and distribution of its pharmaceutical, medical and technological products & solutions, as well as the identification and satisfaction of requirements and needs of partners and interested third parties, both at national and international level.
  • The development of sufficient and efficient facilities to create a safe working environment, while mitigating the burden on the environment.
  • The provision of sufficient information, guidance, training and supervision by competent people to create safe working conditions and promote environmental sensitivity.
  • The promotion of risk & chance identification and management culture.
  • The creation and monitoring of appropriate corporate performance indicators including:
    – Setting up monitoring & performance measurements
    – Establishment of statistical performance analysis
    – Annual objectives concerning issues of quality, environmental and OH&S management and the performance of any relevant programs
    – Realizing projects through the utilization of Project Management
    – The continuous training and education of personnel involved in the management and implementation of projects undertaken by the company
    – Internal Audits
The Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director has overall responsibility for this Policy. All personnel are respectively responsible for its implementation and promotion.
ARITI S.A. hereby commits to always provide all necessary resources for the implementation of this Policy.

ARITI S.A. supports the active participation and implementation of all processes and procedures in the company’s Management System and promotes initiatives taken by the involved personnel.
